France has always been the world center for cosmetics and fashion, with a profound cultural heritage of beauty, strong scientific research strength and diverse consumers in pursuit of high-quality beauty products. It is home to internationally renowned beauty brands such as L'Oréal, Lancôme, and Guerlain. Proya Cosmetics chose to establish its Europe Innovation Center in France precisely because France has traditionally been a leader in global cosmetics. "We hope to learn from top-notch international cosmetics companies and extend our vision to a broader international stage," said Mr. Hou Juncheng.

Located in La Défense, the premier business district of the Paris metropolitan area and one of the largest commercial centers in Europe, the Proya Europe Innovation Center is surrounded by more than 2,500 corporate headquarters and offices from around the world. Antoine Deconinck, General Manager of the Proya Europe Innovation Center, stated that the strategic goals of the center encompass technological innovation, resource integration, and international influence enhancement.

It is understood that the center will focus on key research areas such as anti-aging, sensitive skin care, and skin whitening, aiming to combine advanced global technologies with consumer needs to provide safer, more effective, and personalized beauty products. Meanwhile, the center will keep abreast of global technological advancements and upgrades, ensuring high-quality Proya Cosmetics products by sourcing premium raw materials globally.

Benefiting from excellent geographical conditions in Paris, the center can further expand Proya Cosmetics's global cooperation network, facilitate international resource allocation, and foster long-term, stable partnerships with more outstanding suppliers and partners. Additionally, it will establish diverse cooperation models, explore innovative collaboration methods, integrate and optimize the global supply chain, improve supply chain efficiency and stability, thus promoting the development of the beauty industry from multiple dimensions.

Moreover, Proya Cosmetics will strengthen international brand building and cooperation through this center, enhancing the company's visibility and influence in the international market. By adopting international standards in raw materials and products, PROYA aims to enhance the competitiveness of its products and services, meeting the needs of more international consumers.

Currently, the center has engaged with several industry experts, who have worked for well-known international beauty companies and possess extensive experience in global R&D innovation. Among them, Dr. Lieve Declercq, Chief Scientific Advisor of Proya Cosmetics and Deputy General Manager of the Proya Europe Innovation Center, has over 25 years of professional experience in cosmetics R&D and previously worked at leading global beauty companies. Looking ahead, the center plans to recruit and cultivate international cosmetics R&D talent to enhance its R&D capabilities and innovation.
